All zaereen kiram who wish to travel for Umrah should register first on www.sigatulhaj.org and wait for approval - book or issue tickets only after getting an Approval from SigatulHaj.


Process to register for Umrah on Sigatulhaj website
 

• Visit https://www.sigatulhaj.org/Login.aspx and authenticate with your ITS ID and Password.

• Select Umrah Section and read guidelines.

• Select Mumineen Registration.

• Register for Umrah by filling in all the details including full tentative itinerary.

• Add all additional passengers travelling along.

• Full lawazim price payable will be shown, to be paid in Saudi in Local Currency.

Saudi Online Visas

British Passport holders travelling for Umrah from UK can apply online under "Electronic Visa Waiver" category. This will be a single entry visa valid for 180 days.

Other Passport holders should check if it allows them to apply for EVW, if not, please apply for Normal Tourist Visa.


Steps and requirements to apply visas online
 

• Link for EVW https://services.ksavisa.sa/SmartForm/ElectronicVisaWaiverAgreement.

• Link for Tourist visa https://services.ksavisa.sa/SmartForm/TraditionalApp.

• Create an account or log in to existing one. (one account can be used to apply for multiple visas for multiple people).

• Digital passport size photo.

• Digital Passport copy.

• Credit/Debit card to pay equivalent fees around £32.00 GBP for EVW or £100.00 GBP for Tourist visa.

Normally visas are issued immediately once payment is made and in some cases can take up to 48 hours.
