Requirements

Mumineen are eligible for eVisa in Iraq, when travelling via Fayz-e-Husayni.

Photographs

The personal image should be taken to dimensions (51mm x 51mm) against a white background for eVisas.
Must contain a full face, neck and shoulders photograph of the applicant in peripheral view with a neutral expression and without glasses.
Photograph should be in JPEG format only.
Photograph should be recent and in Libas ul Anwar only. (Do not take a picture of an existing photo).

Passport Copies

Passport copy must be scanned (flatbed scan) clearly (600 dpi) readable and printable. Mobile Scan, cut edges, shadow, glare or blurry copies will be rejected.
If the information in the passport are on 2 pages as in Indian Passports, then the front and last both pages should be submitted in a single JPEG file.
Passport copy should be in JPEG format only.
Black & White copy or Mobile pictures will not be accepted.

Instructions

Recommended Arrival/Departure: Najaf Airport. However, Mumineen can also travel via Baghdad Airport.
Check-in: 10:00 am (local time) & Check-out: 8:00 am (local time). Late check-out will be charged additional day rates per passenger.
Lawazim to be paid in CASH ONLY in London.
Travelling on Miqaat/Urus dates is NOT permitted. Once booked, no date change will be permitted.
English Toilets and exclusive family rooms are only available in Hotel Accommodation.
Fayz Accommodation is subject to availability and has to be booked 2 months in advance. Zaereen will be required to pay extra for the Hotel if fayz accommodation is unavailable.
